We LOVE seed bombs. What’s not to like? they are beautiful balls of loveliness. We started making them 20 years ago as an eco friendly fun activity with our daughter. ( she is now all grown up and at uni!). We live in Gower, hence the name Gower Flower Company. All bombs are lovingly handcrafted in this beautiful area. We love and live gardening and wildflowers. If you need any advice about Uk Native Wildflowers please just ask. We have a wealth of knowledge built up through the years :)
Handmade on The Gower Peninsula, South Wales.
Wildflower Seed Bombs contain 28 native wildflower species - 70% perennial & 30% annual and biennial species - Lady's Bedstraw, Black Medick, Salad Burnet, Meadow Buttercup, Red Campion, White Campion, Corn Cockle, Cornflower, Cowslip, Ox-eye Daisy, Forget-me-not, Wild Foxglove, Goatsbeard, Common Knapweed, Greater Knapweed, Corn Marigold, Musk Mallow, Common Poppy, Self-Heal, Common Sorrel, Common St John's-wort & Yarrow and many more.
Bold cornfield annuals will dominate in the first year. Perennials begin flowering in the second year. Store in cool, dry conditions
Scatter Bombs onto clear (not too overgrown) areas or in pots/borders, anytime of year. Avoid periods of extreme heat),
They like a sunny/partial sunny position & water/rain to help them grow.
Seed bombs can be stored for 2 years in cool dry conditions prior to use.
Wildflowers are an attractive addition to planting schemes and can help support a wide range of pollinating insects
