Distilled in honour of our capital. This dry gin is as sharp as a Bute Docker’s hook. Juniper forward with big citrus character, best served with mint & black pepper.

Best served: Cardiff Dry works brilliantly with either pink grapefruit or cucumber and black pepper.

To try Cardiff Dry with pink grapefruit, pour your gin into a tall glass filled with ice, then top with tonic. Garnish with a wedge of Pink Grapefruit. With the huge flavour of juniper and big citrus character coming from the gin, the pink grapefruit garnish allows the gin to be the hero but adds a subtle bitter sweet citrus flavour to the mix.

If you fancy cucumber & black pepper, pour your Cardiff Dry into a tall glass filled with ice, then top with tonic. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and cracked black pepper. The cucumber gives a beautiful fresh flavour and is subtle enough to ensure the gin the star of the show. The cracked black pepper gives a delicious finish and helps enhance the other flavours.
