Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, get in touch at info@madeincymru.com and we will sort it.

Clothing returns Our clothing is printed to order. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return and refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Faulty or damaged items If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. This applies to all products regardless of whether they are personalised or custom printed.

Custom and personalised items Custom printed signs and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

EU customers If your order is shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging.
